“Big Iron”, The Story Behind this artwork: In the near future, Earth is scorched by global warming and undergoing desertification. Spinach is the new gold, “rich in iron”. Every day a small town is theater of a duel between a villain that wants it all against who is defending the fruit of farmers hard work. An armed Tucker 48 is running through the town gates to take over the spinach cannery but the Ranger is going to stop him, with a single shot.
